FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT / DELIVERY
is possible when you place an order and follow and complete the online purchase procedure. After you have done that, you will receive an email that your order has been confirmed. You will be notified by email that your order has been shipped.
All product orders are subject to product availability. When there are problems with the delivery of products or when items are out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you of replacement products that you can order that are of equal or higher quality and value. If you do not wish to order the replacement products, we will refund any amounts you may have already paid with the exception of shipping costs and/or additional costs incurred by you at the time of ordering, delivery or receipt thereof.
We reserve the right to remove products from our website and to remove or edit any materials or content from this website at any time. Whilst we always make every effort to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise that force us to refuse to process an order after we have sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so. We will not be liable to you or any other third party for the removal of any product from this website, for the removal or editing of any materials or content from the website, nor for any failure to process an order after we have sent the Order Confirmation. Notwithstanding the second paragraph of this section, regarding product availability, except in special circumstances, we will endeavor to dispatch the order for the product(s) specified in the Dispatch Confirmation by the date specified in the applicable Dispatch Confirmation; or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time specified in the selection of the delivery method and in any event within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. However, it is possible that delays may occur for reasons resulting from the customization of products, the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery area. If for any reason we do not meet the delivery date, we will inform you and give you the option to continue the purchase with a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid. These Terms and Conditions presuppose that the "delivery" has taken place or the order has been "delivered" at the time that you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the products, this moment arises when the delivery address is signed for the receipt of the order.
If, 30 days after the first attempt to deliver the products, the products have not been delivered, for reasons not attributable to us, we will assume that you wish to cancel the Agreement and it will be terminated. As a result of the termination of the Agreement, you will receive a refund of all payments you have made up to that point (excluding the shipping costs and/or additional costs incurred by you when ordering, delivering or receiving the same) and within 14 days of the date on which we receive the products back (Termination Agreement). You should take into account that we are authorized to charge you for any (additional) transport costs that the termination of the Agreement may entail.
The product risks will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery. Title to the products will arise once we have received full payment of the purchase price and charges, including delivery charges, or the time of delivery (as provided in paragraph 4 of this section) if this occurs later.
PRICE AND PAYMENT

If you have ordered a product and we discover an error, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will then give you the opportunity to accept the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled and refund the amounts paid by you, if we are still in possession of the products at that time.
Where there is a clear and obvious error in the price and you could reasonably have recognised the incorrect price, there is no obligation for us to deliver the products on the basis of the incorrect lower price, even if we have sent the Dispatch Confirmation. The prices on our website include VAT but do not include shipping costs. Prices are subject to change, except for the above, the changing prices will not affect the orders that have already been confirmed. After the selection of the products you want to buy, they will be added to your shopping cart. Next is the processing and payment of the order. To complete the ordering process, you must follow the steps and fill in and verify the requested information for each step. You can still change the details of your order before payment.
The website lists the payment methods you can use. If the bank or card issuer does not authorize the payment, we will not be able to enter into a contract with you and will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the order or the delay thereof. A final legal agreement will take place when you click on the "Authorize Payment" button.
Payment must be made immediately. You can also pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express card, and your card's validation checks and authorization will apply. All purchases made through the website are subject to sales tax (VAT). BLENDifferent, with its registered office at Industrieweg 9, 2254 AE in Voorschoten (the Netherlands), with Chamber of Commerce number 89180542 and VAT number NL004700319B66, will receive all payments and make (return) payments on behalf of BLENDifferent.
