RETURN POLICY
Right of withdrawal
you can withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days commence on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or representative designated by the consumer, disclosed to us, or the day after the package has been delivered by the selected carrier to the address or delivery point. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or your designated representative took delivery of the product. If you have an order with multiple products, which are delivered at different times, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the last package, but within 30 days after the order. To invoke the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email that you wish to withdraw from the Agreement. This can be done by sending an email to info@blendifferent.com with subject Revocation or (in the future) via our contact form on the website www.blendifferent.com. In the appendix to these terms and conditions you will find the contact form for the withdrawal. You can use this when revoking your consent by email. To make use of the withdrawal, the notification or form must be received by us by email within 14 days.
When you invoke, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point (with the exception of extra shipping costs and/or additional costs you have incurred when ordering, delivering or receiving the package). The refund will be made within 14 days after we are aware of your withdrawal and we have received the item(s). We will refund you in the same way as how you made the original transaction. In any case, we will not charge you any extra costs for the refund. In any case, we will refuse the refund as long as we have not received the return of the products. You must send the products to us immediately, or within 14 days. The direct costs for returning the products must be borne by you. In the event of a returned product with defects, which cannot be attributed to us, we have the right to send it back to you. The associated costs will then be passed on to you.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, we will give you 30 days from the Dispatch Confirmation to return the products. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipping. You may exercise your contractual right of withdrawal on the basis of the provisions of the first and second paragraphs, but you must inform us of your motivation to withdraw from the Agreement. If you do not return the products within the statutory right of withdrawal, you must in any case return them to us within 30 days of the Dispatch Confirmation. You will receive the refund in the same way as you made the payment. If the period of 30 days before you return the products has also expired, the products remain your property and your risk. In that case, we will no longer return the products due to the shipping costs. Returning the products with a shipping term outside of the 30 days following the Dispatch Confirmation is at your own risk. If you refuse to accept the order or if you do not provide the necessary information for the return delivery, we reserve the right to dissolve the Agreement and claim compensation or to store the products for a period of 30 days at your expense. If, after the expiry of the 30 days, the products are still in our storage, we reserve the right to continue trading or otherwise use the products.
The Agreement may not be cancelled if it concerns the delivery of any of the following products:
- Personalized products;
- Books and magazines;
- Products that are sealed and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
Your right of cancellation explicitly applies to the products that are returned in the same condition as you received them. If this is not the case or the product has been used or damaged, you will not receive a refund for the product. You should therefore handle the product(s) with care when it is/are in your possession. The products must be returned in or with the same packaging, instructions and other enclosed products as at the time of delivery. In any case, you must return it with the shipping label (which is also your return label) that you received upon delivery. You return the product in the same packaging in which you received it. After checking the product, we will inform you about the refund of the amounts paid (excluding other shipping costs incurred by you). The refund will be made within 14 days from the date you notify us of your motivation to cancel the Agreement and we have received the product in good order. The refund will be made in the same payment method as you placed the order. The costs and risk for the return are for your own account.
If you see upon receipt that the product does not correspond to the purchase, you must return it as soon as possible. You can report the product details and damage by email to info@blendifferent.com. In the e-mail you state the reason for the return of the product and/or the damage of the product.
With PostNL you can return the package with the same shipping label in the Netherlands. For more information, please refer to the PostNL website. The shipping and return label allows you to return the product in the shipping bag or box in which you received the product.
After checking the product, we will inform you about the refund of the amounts paid (excluding other shipping costs incurred by you). The refund will be made within 14 days from the date you notify us of your motivation to cancel the Agreement and we have received the product in good order. The refund will be made in the same payment method as you placed the order. Other costs you incur for shipping and return, and risk for the return are for your own account. If you are returning a product because you bought the wrong size or because the size does not fit, you can email us about it. If you choose to exchange the product for a different size, you can exchange the items with the same shipping label. Before exchanging, you must first return the product with the incorrect size. You must return the incorrect size within the 14-day withdrawal period. If the price of the product changes, you will be charged the price as it was when you made the first purchase. You must return the original product in its original condition, being unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered. After checking the product and approving the exchange of the product, we will send you the product with the correct size within five working days. You can only exchange a product for a different size once free of charge.
If, without an exchange, you still wish to receive the product with the correct size, you must create a new Agreement for this, by ordering the product again with the correct size. You can return the incorrect size, but please make sure you do so within the withdrawal and return period of 14 days after receipt and/or 30 days after shipment.
LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
In these Terms, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product paid through our website, unless an exception is expressly stated.
However, we are not liable for the purchase in the event of death or personal injury, fraud and/or deceit. We may also not exclude, attempt or limit our liability where the exclusion, attempted or limitation of liability is contrary to law or illegal.
In addition to the above, we will also not be liable for the loss of finances (revenues, profits or turnover), business (contracts), of possible savings, data, time or business hours.
We do not guarantee the accuracy and security of any information received or transmitted through the website unless explicitly stated. It is possible that the website contains errors regarding the storage, transmission and security of information. The production descriptions, materials and information shown are provided as described, displayed and informed, explicit or not, unless provided for by law. When you enter into the Agreement, we are obliged to deliver the product as stated in the Agreement. The product corresponds to the Agreement, when the product conforms to the description, display and information stated on the website. As long as we do not violate the law, warranties are excluded.
For the (artisanal) products we sell, we usually use natural materials that are processed before use. These operations cannot be considered as defects or damages. You should take these operations into account and appreciate them. We select products of the highest quality as much as possible. The natural properties of the product are unavoidable and must be accepted as part of each item.
The provision does not affect your right to cancel the Agreement before the product(s) has been send. Ones the product has been send, you can return the product after it has been delivered.
